Tapestry is designed from the ground up for 2-1-1 and information and referral specialists. Intake screens are flexible, response time is lightning fast, and the tools to add, edit, manage, and publish your resource directory are truly powerful, and dare we say, fun to use.
Specialists in data exchange, we were the first to support the AIRS XML data exchange protocol, and are current to the most recent version, 2.7. Most importantly, Tapestry includes specialized tools for use by call center operators, other tools for public users, still other tools for Agency and Program staff--all designed to give the right tool to the right user. No compromises.
New for 2007, Tapestry includes a Form Designer that allows groups of similar organizations to create the intake and client management screens that they need--yet still work alongside other organizations, on the same Tapestry system, using their own client intake processes.
Reporting? We provide four levels of reporting: web master reports so you can see when your information is accessed most frequently and where your traffic comes from; system reports so you can see, for example, every keyword that has ever been searched, call operator and case management reports for detailed client specific information, and a newly enhanced export data wizard that allows you to access, manipulate, arrange, and report out on every piece of information in your system (no technical skills required).

Yours will no longer be a stand alone 2-1-1 system, but rather the hub of information for your community or state. With these you can fundamentally alter the entire structure of your system as your needs change over time, and you can do this for each partner or agency individually or collectively.
