VisionLink deploys two core capacities: Highly advanced technical skills, and richly experienced multi-agency partnership building skills. Thus, our clients choose to work with us because we can deploy both the tools and the processes to ensure success in projects that focus on, or reach across the social service, disaster management, workforce, and education sectors.
In the technical arena, we design on Macintosh systems, run our office operations on Windows and deploy our Application Service Provider systems from the Linux environment. Thus, by intent and design we are well skilled in a multi-platform, standards-driven environment. Interoperability and data management and exchange are core competencies. We provide the most advanced and powerful SaaS systems in this marketplace.
Our partnership building team has woven decades of experience and best practices into our Breakthrough Framework toolkits, consulting and training. With these, we carefully attend to the particular opportunities and challenges of our customers, work to design a smart implementation plan, identify measures of success, and implement flexible and sustainable programs and systems.
Our capacities support customers from small agencies and partnerships in local communities, to large national systems. For Katrina, for example, we deployed for the American Red Cross, Salvation Army, United Way of America, AIRS, and NVOAD, the nation's first multi-agency, multi-state disaster response and long-term recovery program. For the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, we also support the nation's first management system for more than 40,000 disaster shelters across the United States.
For state and community networks we provide 2-1-1 and Information and Referral systems, multi-agency partnership tools, and much more. We deploy the first statewide integrated 2-1-1 and homeless management system, and the first state-wide integrated 2-1-1 and emergency management systems. We also support the nation's first online licensure system for public and private teachers, and what many consider to be the most effective state eldercare support system. When leaders confront critical flagship projects they look to VisionLink, where we link your vision to success.
