Beyond referrals and services, and beyond program enrollment options, Tapestry also includes powerful case management features. In fact, Tapestry offers two levels of case management support-both streamlined and comprehensive modules. These two systems can be used together or separately.

Case management tools make it easy to assign case managers, enter follow up dates (with automatic reminders), and to track goals, deadlines, and progress.
Most importantly, the case management systems can be deployed in completely private ways, or they can used to share data between collaborating agencies. In fact, the case management features can be used to share everything, nothing, or client-specific sub-sets of data. Client records can be handed off from one agency to another, and Tapestry can support an unlimited number of private case management record sets--meaning that different agencies can have their own case management records, yet share the resource directories and other common elements of Tapestry.
Depending on which module(s) you deploy, duplicate records can be merged, fields and/or tabs can be turned on or off, custom fields and custom search fields can be activated, and much more.
