Monthly Community of Practice Sessions

Connecting Our Customers

This summer, VisionLink kicked off a series of customer engagement sessions designed for and by our customer’s needs. These sessions provide a variety of ways in which our customers actively participate in the design of future CommunityOS features, improve functionality, maximize impact, and stay up to date on exciting upgrades and enhancements. In addition, these offerings include conversations that take the participant beyond the technology and on to the strategies for maximizing community outcomes and impact.

The three types of customer engagement sessions hosted by VL are:

Feature Reviews - on-line demonstrations of existing features within CommunityOS. A sampling of our Feature Reviews in recent months includes:

Design Sessions - demonstrations and discussions of feature enhancements as identified and designed by our customers. We have hosted the following:

Strategy Sessions - discussions among CommunityOS customers about the intersection between technology and the operations of the work you do on a daily basis. Discussions center around effective practices, lessons learned, issues common to our diverse set of customers, and thought provoking discussions about the potential of CommunityOS as implemented across the country.
