When people reach out for help, whether it be for basic needs such as food, shelter, water, or medical assistance, the CommunityOS emergency resource directory supplies agencies and their staff with critical information. Because these CommunityOS directories are set up ahead of time, matching help with the need is greatly expedited when you need it the most.

Centralized Response, Data Sharing and Standards
When disaster strikes, or hopefully in the planning phase--being able to exchange data between systems is key. We support both 2.7 and 3.0 versions of the AIRS XML Resource Exchange Standards, we authored and support the Client Disaster Exchange Standard and can quickly build custom data exchange scripts as needed. We regularly move millions of records to make sure that staff are helping people--not duplicating their data entry tasks.
