Do you need a specialized job bank? Do you want to make your one-stop center more effective? Perhaps you have jobs for those re-locating from a natural or man-made disaster. Or, does your community have special opportunities for youth this summer? Tapestry's job bank provides listings of employers, available opportunities, as well as information about job seekers.
Most importantly, you can deploy this module in a passive or active mode. In the passive mode, interested parties can enter their data and search for, find, and contact one another. In the active mode staff work as the 'hub' reviewing openings, applications, and managing the entire placement and employment process. In the active mode, a special management system allows staff members to manage, broker, and support the entire employment process.
Deployed through Tapestry's custom site builder, this module can be deployed for one or many agencies, or partners.
