Measurable Impact

The National Breakthrough Network has identified “establishing performance measures” as a priority focus for the national network in 2008/2009. Through a community-based process that is shared across the network members, Breakthrough Communities will measure the impact of agencies, programs, and/or services by crafting a set of common performance measures. By determining specific objectives and defining measures, communities will evaluate the impact of the strategies and tactics used to meet those objectives.
