Problem Needs / Presenting Needs Tracking
This new feature provides automatic tracking of presenting needs and met and unmet needs. It is easy too, because it is an automatic part of call tracking in CommunityOS. Fully conforming to the new problem needs recommendation from AIRS, it has already been implemented by VisionLink.
Enhanced Conditional Data Entry Triggers
Ready for release later this month, our hyper-flexible caller and client intake screens now support conditional triggers for data entry. Based upon your caller's or client's information, the forms automatically activate the scripts, links and tabs with fields and other features based on the conditions you establish. We even provide a wizard to help non-technical people create multi-conditional triggers. Let's see: "when the moon is full, the client is single, and the bell tolls, then...."
Dashboard Reports
So, what is better than a large number of pre-built reports? How about the ability to label, describe, design and deploy reports through customizable dashboards for your users? Would you like to give your funding organization their own insight into your progress? Does your board need a dashboard of metrics to understand what you do every day? You can even create dashboards for public users to share information about the needs in your community, and the outcomes of your work. The best part? These are real time for always accurate analytics.
Content Management System (CMS)
Have news and information to share, but can't spend the time? We can help. Client Intake Designer & Integrated Export Wizard
CommunityOS takes customization to a new level. Now you can arrange the fields, tabs, and client tracking and case management forms exactly as you want. Different users want different intake screens? No problem--use CommunityOS's portal technology to make it so. That's not all. When you create new fields they automatically and instantly become part of CommunityOS's reporting and data export system. Use the data formatting and data validator tools to keep your data clean and useful--automatically. If you are not using CommunityOS, your staff is spending too much time on the technology.
Standards to Drive Flexibility
Whether for day-to-day use, a state report, or to respond to a crisis, you need to be able to move data around. Said another way, if your data is trapped inside your current software, you are not using CommunityOS.
We were the first to support the AIRS XML Resource Data Exchange Standard and the first to support both versions 2.07 and 3.0. This data standard lets you move information about agencies, programs and services from one system to another. We are also compliant with the AIRS sixth level taxonomy and auto-update standards.
Responding to recommendations from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and ANSI, we authored the Client Disaster Standard, already adopted by the national Coordinated Assistance Network and other vendors. We also support accessibility standards, shelter standards, case management standards, HIPAA standards, and more.
