To meet the needs of individualized progress plans, Tapestry offers a module built around Goals, Objectives, and Tasks. Each user builds their own plan, and can create simple, straightforward plans, or highly complex, multi-level plans as appropriate.
This module can be customized by VisionLink to be titled and to function as a Learning Plan, Employment Plan, Recovery Plan, or Progress Plan.
Integrated with personal calendars, plans can be developed, submitted for approval, and used to track progress. Even better, youth or adult users can upload evidence of their progress (documents, audio tracks, video files), instructors or staff can comment, assess, and even grade the result. You decide which of these options to activate.
Plans can be clustered so that instructors, mentors, or other advocates can quickly access the work of the users assigned to them. The module includes an online resume as well. Be sure to check out the Resumes and Portfolios module (to the left), as it supports and extends these features in powerful ways.
