We can also train your trainers, and/or we can train your end users as well. Thanks to a decade of experience (and lots of suggestions from our customers over the years), you will find our tools as easy to understand and customize as you will find them useful.
Our training services can go beyond your key staff, however, to include executive level strategic planning and marketing and outreach assistance. These are not just words--our staff has extensive experience helping our clients to engage their stakeholders, determine measures of success, reach out to diverse stakeholders, and manage the methods and messages of change.
Our Help Desk services are truly helpful. Depending on your contract with us, services can be available around the clock, or during normal business hours. You can reach our staff by email, fax, or phone. Whether or not you call us, we will be monitoring your system 24x7x365. If you forget how to do something, or want to think about turning on a new module, just let us know.
We include a lot, where other firms charge extra. For example, not only are all data backups taken care of, we retain multiple copies of your data in multiple locations for more than a year at no additional charge. We also include code in escrow arrangements for all of our clients, again with no extra charge. And of course, we take care of all the server side technology, security systems, bandwidth and more so you can focus on your work.
We take care of all the maintenance and feature upgrades for you. We release documentation with upgrades, and often include training or training server releases for your review before we deploy. Substantial upgrades come with switches so you can choose whether, or when, to activate particular aspects of a component. Upgrades are carefully designed to conform to existing tools and practices so that improvements are easily understood. Best of all, upgrades are included in the low monthly package--no surprises.
